David A. Cohen M.D
David A. Cohen, M.D. is a Board Certified Sleep Medicine Physician. Originally from New Jersey, he attended the University of Virginia, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. He received his medical degree from the New Jersey Medical School (UMDNJ). Cohen completed his internship and residency in neurology at the University of Michigan, a hospital consistently ranked as one of the 15 best in the nation. He subsequently completed a Fellowship in Sleep Medicine at the University of Michigan. This dedicated year of training allowed him to work closely with leading experts in both adult and pediatric sleep medicine. In 2008, he authored an abstract on how to predict success during split night sleep studies that was selected to be presented at the Associated Professional Sleep Societies Annual Meeting. David Cohen brought his skill and passion for sleep medicine to The Center for Sleep Medicine Philadelphia in 2008. He is board certified by the American Academy of Psychiatry and Neurology in both Neurology and Sleep Medicine.
